Our clients inherited a swimming pool when they moved into their property, but they felt it dominated the garden. They wanted to add more paving for functionality and for their grandchildren to play around the pool. Instead of removing the existing sandstone paving surrounding the pool, we sourced a matching material and used it throughout the garden. To create continuity across the space, we used Dutch clay paver strips to break up the mass of paving and used it as the design language. The result was a clean and contemporary garden.
